Personalisatietechnieken
Wij kunnen uw boodschap, logo op vrijwel alle artikelen voorzien. Vraag ons naar de mogelijkheden. Een ruim aantal artikelen bied je diverse posities en personalisatietechnieken aan. Je specifieke wensen beantwoorden we graag met een voorstel.

Wij verzorgen je aanvraag met de grootste zorg en beantwoorden deze met een gepersonaliseerd voorstel in functie van je wensen en verwachtingen. We werken aan de kortst mogelijke termijn hiervoor.
Drukproef
Na je akkoord omtrent ons voorstel sturen wij - na ontvangst van je vector logo of boodschap - een digitale drukproef die zo nauw mogelijk aansluit bij je intenties. Deze digitale proef is gratis. Hiervoor vragen enige tijd afhankelijk van het specifieke karakter van je project. Wij vragen hier een akkoord omtrent de drukkleur(en), positie van het logo, controle van eventuele teksten, kleur artikel, aantallen. ##Bevestiging Na je goedkeuring van de digitale drukproef gaan we voor jou aan de slag. We bevestigen jouw bestelling binnen de kortst mogelijke termijn: - contactgegevens - bestelreferentie - prijs en aantal - transportvoorwaarden - levertermijn - eventuele verplichte bijdragen - een link naar onze [algemene voorwaarden](category://742) Deze bevestiging sturen we via e-mail toe. Zonder tegenbericht binnen 3 werkdagen nemen we aan dat je akkoord gaat met de volledige inhoud ervan.
Levering
Wij leveren uw bestelling standaard via GLS op werkdagen tijdens de kantooruren. Spoedleveringen zijn uiteraard mogelijk volgens afspraak.
Voor bestellingen vanaf 1000 € leveren wij kosteloos op één adres in België
Afwijkend geleverd aantal
Het is mogelijk dat er een kleine afwijking is in het aantal. Wij doen ons best u altijd exact het aantal artikelen te leveren conform uw bestelling. Echter, laten bepaalde druktechnieken geen exacte aantallen toe. Een afwijking van maximaal 10% is toegestaan.
Betaling op rekening.
U betaalt na ontvangst van onze factuur binnen de reglementaire termijn van 30 dagen zonder aftrek van enige korting.
Betalingen via overschrijving kunt u overmaken op onze rekening bij KBC met nummer BE11 7390 1811 4648 - BIC KREDBEBB op naam van OSU GIFTS BV te Kortrijk.
Prijzen
Al onze prijzen zijn in Euro exclusief BTW en gelden tot nader order. Wijzigingen kunnen zonder voorafgaande mededeling worden aangebracht. Ondanks het feit dat wij de uiterste zorg besteden aan de betrouwbaarheid en de actualiteit van de gegevens op de website, kunnen hierin onjuistheden voorkomen. OSU GIFTS BV aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor onjuistheden en onvolledigheden van de informatie en prijzen op de website.
Verplichte bijdragen
Milieubijdrage batterijen : 0,053 € per batterij.
Auvibel
De bijdrage voor het kopiëren voor eigen gebruik is in het leven geroepen met als doel aan de rechthebbenden een vergoeding toe te kennen voor het kopiëren van hun werken en prestaties binnen de familiale kring.
Recupel
Sinds 1 juli 2001 bestaat er in België een inzamel- en verwerkingssysteem voor afgedankte elektrische en elektronische apparaten (AEEA). Dit systeem is ontstaan uit een wettelijke verplichting die wij ’de aanvaardingsplicht‘ noemen. De Europese wetgeving definieert 10 categorieën EEA waarvoor een aanvaardingsplicht geldt.
Onderstaand een korte samenvatting van de meest voorkomende bijdragen.
Nuttige informatie
Prijzen : Btw niet inbegrepen. Betaling : 30 dagen factuurdatum - tenzij anders vermeld op ons voorstel.
Digitale vectorbestanden : “ *.EPS ”, ” *.AI ” of “*.CDR ”. Filmproef gratis.
Leveringstermijn: geldig tenzij uitputting voorraad en na goedkeuring per fax van de filmproef.
In geval van USB-stick zijn de aangeboden prijzen dagprijzen en altijd onder voorbehoud.
Kleine model- of kleurveranderingen kunnen zich in de loop van het jaar voordoen.
Stalen/voorbeelden : artikelwaarde + € 12,5 administratieve kosten.
Voor bestellingen beneden 125 € worden 12,5 € administratiekosten aangerekend.
Voor diverse artikelen is het helaas niet mogelijk het juiste aantal te leveren, 10% meer- of minder levering is hier toegestaan.

Proposal
We take care of your inquiries and answer them with a personalized proposal according to your expectations.
We are working on the shortest possible deadline for this.
Print proof
After your agreement on our proposal / offer, we will send you a print proof that will fit your intentions as best as possible after receipt of your vector logo or message.
We will send this print proof free of charge.
Creating this may take some time depending on the specific nature of your project. We request an agreement regarding the print color (s), position of the logo, check of any texts, item color, quantitiiy.
Confirmation
After your agreement regarding our print proposal, we confirm your order. We hereby confirm you all the elements such as the price, shipping terms ,delivery terms and your order reference together with any compulsory contributions such as Bebat, Recupel or Auvibel as well as a link to our general terms of sale.
This confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
Without a counter notification on this confirmation within 3 business days, we assume you agree to the contents of this agreement.
Delivery
We deliver your order by GLS on business days during office hours.
Emergency deliveries are of course possible by appointment.
For orders from 1000 € we deliver free at one location in Belgium
Deviation in delivered quantity
It is possible that there is a small deviation in the delivered quantities in comparison the the ordered quantity. We try to supply the quantity in accordance with your order. However, certain personalization techniques do not allow exact quantities as fall out is possible.
A deviation of up to 10% is allowed.
Payment on account.
You will pay after receiving our invoice within the regulatory 30-day period without deduction of any discount.
Payments per bank transfer are made to our KBC Bank account number BE11 7390 1811 4648 - BIC KREDBEBB in the name of OSU GIFTS PLC in Kortrijk.

Small model or color changes may occur during the course of the year. Sample ordering : item value + € 12.5 administrative fee. For orders below 125 €, 12.5 € administration fees are charged. Unfortunately, for various items, it is not possible to deliver the exact quantity, 10% more or less delivery is allowed.
